FAQ – most common questions
Do I need to pack the laptop myself?
Ideally use the original box. If you do not have it, wrap the laptop in bubble wrap and place it in a well-fitted cardboard box with filling.
How much does the diagnosis cost?
Diagnostics and the quote are free with a completed repair. If you decline the repair after receiving the quote, the Standard fee starts at 99 PLN including diagnostics and return shipping. Urgent (+50%) and VIP (+100%) surcharges also apply to this fee. The repair itself is quoted individually before work starts.
How long does the repair take?
Typically 2–5 working days, depending on the fault and parts availability.
Do you repair liquid-damaged laptops?
Yes. The sooner you send the laptop after liquid damage, the better the chances of a full repair.
Can you arrange pickup from any place in Poland?
Yes, we operate in the whole country – you can use a courier or InPost locker shipping arranged after online booking.
Is the laptop repair service available for the whole of Poland?
