• Are diagnostics really free?
Yes – diagnostics are free if you decide to repair the device with us. If you decline the repair after receiving the estimate, a flat fee of 99 PLN applies (diagnostics + tracked return shipping within Poland).
• How do I know you will actually send my device back?
Each repair has a unique case number and an online status page. Shipments are tracked (InPost / courier). If you do not approve the repair, we always return the device – this is part of our standard terms and conditions.
• Can I pay cash-on-delivery?
Yes. We offer cash-on-delivery when shipping within Poland (courier) or on personal pickup in Kraków – you choose this option when approving the repair estimate.

• Do you have a physical walk-in store?
We do not operate a traditional walk-in store. Devices can be delivered in person after contacting us first (Kraków) or shipped by courier / parcel locker from anywhere in Poland.
• How does the mail-in repair service work for laptops and consoles?
You create a repair request online, ship the device to us, receive a repair estimate and – once you approve – we repair the device and send it back with warranty.
• How should I pack a laptop or graphics card for shipping?
Use the original box or a solid cardboard box with bubble wrap. Secure all connectors and accessories so they cannot move inside the parcel, especially for graphics cards and motherboards.
• Do you provide a warranty for repairs?
Yes, every repair comes with a 3-month service warranty (for the work carried out and replaced components).
• How long do diagnostics and repairs usually take?
Diagnostics usually take up to 24–48 hours after the device arrives. Typical repairs take around 2–5 business days, depending on the fault and parts availability.
• Can I send a device from any city in Poland?
Yes. Our service is available across the whole country. You can use a courier or any InPost parcel locker to send the package.
