Iconic Serwis is a small, specialised repair lab for laptops, desktops, game consoles, phones and modern electronics. For over 12 years we have been helping customers from all over Poland bring their devices back to life – from simple faults to complex board-level failures.
We are not a broker or middleman. Devices are repaired directly in our lab in Kraków – no shipping your hardware to anonymous subcontractors. We handle everything in-house: from connector replacement to advanced BGA and SMD microsoldering under a microscope.
Our approach is simple: if a repair stops being reasonable or cost-effective, we tell you openly and help you choose the best option – repair, data recovery or safe disposal.
We offer a convenient mail-in service across Poland. You can send your device via parcel locker or courier and track the repair status online – without calling the service desk over and over again.
By repairing your device you reduce electronic waste and your CO₂ footprint. You can ship the device using a nearby parcel locker – convenient and eco-friendly. After the repair, we send it back directly to your door or a parcel locker you choose.You save time, money and avoid one more device ending up in landfill.
